About Me
Who am I? My name is Antoinette Phang, and I specialize in ADHD, focusing on diagnostics and treatment. I have extensive experience working with both adults and children in mental health services, primarily concentrating on the neurodevelopmental disorder known as ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). As a Non-Medical Prescriber, I am qualified to prescribe medications for ADHD, ensuring that each individual receives the most effective pharmacological interventions. Having qualified as an ADHD coach these skills have allowed Antoinette to support persons in achieving the goals and tasks that otherwise may appear challenging or unobtainable.
Antoinette is also a certified sleep practitioner working alongside her clients to identify causes of insomnia and identify strategies that could assist with more restful nights.

Our Services
We provide a free initial telephone consultation for anyone seeking guidance or support related to ADHD. During this consultation, we will quickly assess the presenting problems and issues for you or the individual being referred, enabling us to create a targeted care program. Once the initial consultation is complete and we determine that an assessment is warranted, we will send out a series of questionnaires for relevant parties to complete. After the questionnaires are returned and evaluated, we will reach out to schedule an assessment date and discuss the results. The assessment process typically lasts about 2 hours, but we can also arrange for this to be conducted over two 1-hour sessions if that suits your needs better. Following the assessment, we will have a follow-up appointment to go over the findings and any diagnoses, as well as to outline the pharmacological or psychological interventions available as part of your individualized treatment plan.
