Terms and Conditions 

This agreement is between Neurodev Ltd and you the consumer. Once your application has been approved and agreed the type of service that is required, you will be sent detailed information with regards to costs and the process going forward. Your contract with Neurodev Ltd – by signing the biographical details and consent form you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Payment Due Date - Invoices are forwarded to you as either a deposit for work being completed or on completion of either an assessment or review meeting. The due date for payment is the date of the invoice – this facilitates the release of prescription to either the pharmacy or yourselves.

Prescriptions – No prescription will be issued before full payment is made. At least 7 days’ notice is required before receipt of prescription.

Cancellations – we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel an appointment within 24 hours – this is stated on information on prices and on the website. Neurodev Ltd has the right to vary and suspend – we reserve the right to vary the terms of this agreement at any time to reflect:

  • Changes in our systems

  • Changes in market conditions affecting our business

  • New developments in products or technology, enhanced or revised products

  • Changes in your personal circumstances

Transfer of Rights and Set Off - we may transfer any or all of our rights, duties, or obligations under this agreement or arrange for another company to carry them out on our behalf – however, notice will be given to you and your consent obtained before any such transfer.

Notices - It is important that you keep us updated on any changes in your contact details.

Children - Where a person signs a consent form as a parent or guardian on behalf of a child under the age of 18, they agree that they will be bound by these terms even if the child breaches or is not bound by any part of these terms. In these Terms, “you” and “your” shall include, as well as the child, the parent or guardian of such child insofar as references relate to the obligation to pay for care received by Neurodev Ltd.

Complaints - If you are not satisfied with any aspect of this agreement you can write to the Care Quality Commission at www.cqc.org.uk.

Law and the Courts – These terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales and shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
